Welcome!

My name is Cláudia Ramos Monteiro, and I write mostly about theology. My imagination has been shaped by a mix of Portuguese and North American culture, and a mix of secularism, Catholicism and Protestantism. It’s actually kind of a mess, one I am now trying to untangle.

The mess continues in language: some of the texts you find here are in English, some in European Portuguese—which is fine if you speak both languages and confusing if you don’t. My apologies, and thank you for bearing with me.
